Clean little registered COD cover from 1983 franked with the unusual franking of a single 5000 kr high value stamp of 1981 (Hauling in the Line). The cover sent from Reykjavik to Budardalur.
Scarcely seen unused 175 aura light blue aerogramme which has been sold by the Post after having had a franking of 230 aurar added, in the form of a machine meter postmark in red ink. The meter mark dated 10.1.62.
Special commemorative card honoring Charles Lindbergh and his wife during their visit to Iceland in 1933. The card franked with Icelandic stamps and cancelled in Reykjavik on August 17th, while they were still staying there. The card addressed to the United States.
