Rarely seen Í Gildi overprint on a stamp FROM THE FIRST PRINTING of the 3 aur Official stamp in perf 13. Its color referred to as brownish orange-yellow instead of olivish yellow-orange but the biggest difference between the two prints can be seen if they are viewed under UV-light. The stamp is only lightly hinged but the gum has turned brownish, two rust spots are visible on the front. Facit catalogue value is approx. 6.000, which must be regarded as modest considering how rarely such examples come onto the market.

16 skilding stamp in PERF 14 bearing a Danish three-ring numeral cancel "1" (Copenhagen), rarely seen on this stamp. The stamp with watermark variety "two half crowns". The stamp is in very niceappearance and looks flawless when viewed from the front, however a very small thin spot can be seen on the back (near the center) when the stamp is brought up to a ligthsource. Completely flawless copies of this stamp are very rare. (Facit list price for a flawless copy approx. 285,000 ISK).
