BOYSCOUTS - Savings stamp - Complete sheet of six 5 kr savings stamps (dark blue print on red paper) for participation in the 1948 Scout Jamboree at Þingvellir (Thingvellir). The sheet is mint never hinged and is extremely well preserved. Only a very few such sheets are known to have survived.

1907. Two Kings, 1 kr. stamp in block of four where the upper left stamp has a variety: "BLUE LINE IN THE UPPER MARGIN". This variety is in sheet position 37. Facit no. 88v. Facit price ca 36.000 ISK. The block is mint never hinged (MNH). SEE ENLARGED PICTURE.

1939 - Iceland - 216 - Stamp - mint NH
1939. Matthias Jochumsson, 5 aur overprint on a 35 aur stamp in marginal corner block of six from the lower left corner (stamps no. 71-72, 81-82 and 91-92 in the sheet). Top left stamp (stamp no. 71 in the sheet) with variety: "BLACK LINE IN THE LEFT MARGIN AS WELL AS INK BLOB TO THE LEFT OF THE DIGIT 5" caused by a wedge that was supposed to hold the overprint cliche in place but has become loose. The variety seems to be consistent throughout at least a considerable part of the overprint quantity. Facit no. 216. The block is mint never hinged (MNH).
