Scarcely seen 16 skilding stamp in perf 14 without any faults but without gum. The poor centering is quite common for these stamps. Facit for a copy with gum (hinged) is 13.000, the value of a copy without gum would of course be valued considerably lower but this may give some indication of the scarcity of a stamp such as this.
