An interesting pre-printed envelope printed especially for the ICELAND FLIGHT of the GRAF ZEPPELIN from Reykjavík in 1931. The envelope was prepared for a German news company based in Braunschweig. The cover is franked with a 2 kr Zeppelin stamp, all relevant cancels/handstamps are present on the envelope. We at least don't remember seeing many such envelopes.

Airmail cover sent from Reykjavik to Seydisfjördur, franked with two 15 aur Parliament Millenary airmail stamps. Arrival cancelled in Seydisfjördur 10.VII.30.

The far scarcer Reykjavik cancel used at BÖGGLAPÓSTSTOFA on a correctly franked registered postcard sent to Germany with the Iceland Flight of the Graf Zeppelin in 1931. All appropriate handstamps and cancellations present on the card. This particular Reykjavik cancel was brought in to relieve the pressure on staff due to the large volume of mail for the flight.

Correctly franked registered cover sent with the Iceland flight of the Graf Zeppelin to Germany in 1931, the franking consisting of a 30 aur stamp as well as a 2 kr stamp with Zeppelin overprints. All appropriate hand stamps and cancellations present.

Special commemorative card honoring Charles Lindbergh and his wife during their visit to Iceland in 1933. The card franked with Icelandic stamps and cancelled in Reykjavik on August 17th, while they were still staying there. The card addressed to the United States.
