Partial strike of a scarcely seen single-line handstamp “PÓSTHÚSIÐ í STYKKISHÓLMI” on a 5 aur Christian IX stamp. Presumably a stimpilmerki revenue usage.
Piece from a postcard with two 5 aur Gullfoss stamps cancelled in Reykjavik in 1936, a circular Icelandic "T" postage due handstamp alongside plus an additional three line postage due handstamp in greenish blue ink on one of the stamps, presumably of Norwegian origin.
Scarcely seen occasional re-use of Danish three ring numeral 236 (used in Reykjavík) on an ultramarine 10 aur Official stamp in perf 14 (first printing).
